ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY IN CEMENT PRODUCTION

Through diagnosis and continuous and incremental action, Mill_Tracker keeps the process at its optimal productivity level while monitoring process safety variables and milling limits. Responding quickly to any natural variation or deviation in the process, the system increases productivity and reduces the power consumption.

Quality control module

To control quality parameters such as cement fineness (blaine/residue) and SO3 content. In addition, this module controls the gas recirculation and cement temperature achieving great product stability and reduction of raw materials consumption, such as gypsum.

Start-up Control

From the operator start-up command, the mil_TRACKER starts the progressive increase of the feed until the levels of stable historical operation are reached. Observing the process response time, the system manages to reduce this stabilization period with a positive effect on productivity and product regularity.

Product Change

From the change request by the operator, mil_TRACKER makes the smooth transition from the operating parameters to those of the desired product. Utilizing the stable operating historic, the system ensures continuity and regularity.
